Bill you are a genius.

After receiving a letter from a local attorney who sues on behalf of credit card companies in this area. I called you on the phone and we discussed a strategy on how to handle the situation.

Since I had all the collection agencies letters (4) all the way back to when the account went delinquent you suggested I send each CA a letter in an attempt to get a response from them.

I did just that and after 45 days and no response from anyone I sent the local attorney the estoppel letter.

Today I received this letter in the mail from the local attorney.

Dear Mr. Hasa:97
We are in receipt of your recent letter relative to the above-referenced matter. Please be advised the file has been closed in our office and returned to our client.
