abuse creditors and collection agencies
heap upon people unfortunate enough
to have fallen behind on their debts.

Everybody has both a legal and a moral duty to pay
their bills. Everybody understands and accepts that.
But nobody has to put up with endless phone calls
and verbal abuse. We all have rights as well as duties.
Our rights neither begin nor end at the courthouse door.

They are God given and our government helps us enforce them.
We have a right to the sanctity and security of our homes and
our possessions. We have a right to be treated with respect
and we do not lose our rights simply because we are
temporarily unable to pay our bills in a timely manner.

Those who abuse us and violate our rights when we fall
behind are no different than any other common criminal
and deserve to be treated as such.

Endless harrangues either by phone or letter,
refusals to give full accounting of what is owed in a timely manner
when lawfully requested, threats to sue and garnish wages
or bank accounts in an effort to frightnen or coerce,
revealing information about ones indebtedness to
friends or relatives and a multitude of other tricks that
collectors often use in an attempt to extract money is
illegal, yet all of that and more is common practice.
It is so for the very simple reason that most folks do not
know and understand their rights.

Usually, the creditor or collection agency who goes outside the law
in his efforts to collect is quite happy to do whatever is necessary
to make amends for his transgressions rather than to face his
accuser in a court of law so settlements can almost always be worked out
which might very well extend to total forgiveness of the debt and
elimination of any and all adverse public reports made against the debtor.

Everybody knows that collection agencies are mean and rough and tough to deal with, don't
they?
And lawyers are even worse than collection agencies because they take you to court and strip you
of your money and everything else you own.

All you have to do is let us handle your problems for you while you tell them where to go!
All you have to do to stop those horrible harrangues is to tell them that you refuse to
discuss such matters on the telephone and that if they want to talk about the problem they
will simply have to do so by U.S. Mail.

And there is not one single thing they can do about it but comply with your demands!
It is the only smart thing to do. Don't put up with their abuse! Just tell them in a nice way
that you are no longer going to put up with it and hang up the phone.

Please believe me that that is all it takes to start beating them at their own games.
Then once they start sending you some mail, we will have something we can work with
helping you to eliminate your debts and getting the creditors off your backs and start
you towards an excellent credit rating once more.

We do that by making sure that they comply with each and every law that affects
them and which they must obey but in their zeal to collect their money they usually end
up violating the law.

While we are not lawyers, we do know the law and we usually know it far better than
the person who is making life miserable for you even if (s)he is a practicing attorney.
Even attorneys get sloppy and fail to comply with some law or rule or regulation with
which they should have complied.

And when they do, we go to work on them demanding that they pay for their
transgressions against your rights. And that's how we help them become good law
abiding citizens whether they like the end result or not, and they never do.

Just like other folks, even after a few hard lessons, they just keep on doing things
the same old way over and over again because that's the easy way out.
After all, not everybody is going to visit this website and learn what you have learned
and have asked us to take care of their problems for them.

As you know full well, it's simply wrong to tell lies in order to gain the ends you want
and in the case of credit bureaus and creditors, it's against the law to lie to them.

What's even worse is the fact that these credit repair firms often make grevious
mistakes and dispute your good credit that you worked so hard for along with the
bad you paid them to repair! They really fix it for you good!

And the credit bureaus themselves also make grevious errors in their reports,
often reporting things about you that are totally and completely erroneous
and wrong. When they do that, they also violate the law and abuse your rights and
your good character. They can do serious harm to your ability to obtain good
financing at reasonable rates. They too can be sued for their errors and made to
remove or correct adverse items on your credit report and we can help you there
too. Quite often, we can work wonders to improve your public image and help
you on the way to a good credit file. But we cannot and will not barrage the
credit bureaus with endless letters full of lies and half truths trying to "repair"
your credit. Doing that is simply senseless and often futile.
