I want to take this opportunity to explain to you exactly what Creditwrench can do for you.
Lots of folks will say that Creditwrench has nothing to offer that can't be found on the multitude of credit related message boards that abound all over the internet. In fact, you might very well believe that yourself right now but
nothing could be further from the truth. Here are some of the reasons why.
When debt related problems strike one of the first things that happens is that creditors and debt collectors start calling and the seemingly incessant harrangues and harrassment begins. They make you feel ashamed of yourself for failing to pay on time or not paying at all. They attempt to pray on your emotions by making you feel like a person of no morals and shame you into paying. Finally you just
start ignoring their calls and looking on the internet or anywhere else you can for relief. You can't ask your family or friends for help because they probably don't know how to help you anyway. On top of that you already have enough problems without family or friends thinking badly of you because you fell into problems.
So you start looking on the internet for help and you find first one message board and then many more telling you how easy it is to resolve your problems. Some tell you that you should get a copy of your credit reports and then send letters to the credit bureaus claiming that the debt is not yours and surely it will be removed from your credit bureau reports and your problems easily resolved. Others will tell you to send out a debt validation letter to the creditors and collectors. They say that all you need to do is to go to their sample letters section where you will find the perfect letter to cure your problems.
So you follow their advice and send off the letters certified mail return receipt requested and wait for the magic to start working. In the meantime you spend all the time you can chatting on the various message boards, reading and answering messages and before you know it you have found a whole new world of good people who understand you and the problems you are having and offer comfort, aid, sympathy and a great way to while away the hours. A month or two goes by and you suddenly realize that you have heard absolutely nothing from those companies you sent your letters to.
So you get back on the message boards and ask what you should do next. The usual answer is that you should send them another demand for validation or maybe something known as an estoppel letter so you do that and wait another month or two to see what the results of that will be but the result is the same as before. Nothing happens. You are being totally ignored in most cases although you might actually get a deletion or two and you might get rid of a debt collector or two but not usually.
So back to the message boards you go to see what they advise you to do next and the answer you will probably get is to sue them because they violated something called the FCRA or the FDCPA. Of course, by this time you know all about those but now they want you to sue them so you start looking for an attorney and find out that no attorney will take your case because they don't know much about consumer protection law and don't want to get into it because there is little money in it for them.
Now you are stuck with either having to learn how to file lawsuits or just forget the whole thing and wait for the sheriff to come knocking on your door with an invitation to the next session of debtor's court and since you don't know how to react to that your only alternative is to either move out of state or file bankruptcy which you may not have the money to do either since bankruptcy is not cheap.
Of course, you can just ignore the summons and hope it just goes away. Sometimes that does happen but more likely than not one day you will hear another knock at your door and it will be the sheriff with another summons for you to go to court for something called an assets hearing and if you ignore that the courts can issue a warrant for your arrest and throw you into jail until they can haul you before the court to answer questions about what bank you do business with, what vehicles you own, what life insurance policies you have, where do you work and what do you get paid and a multitude of other questions designed to deprive you of your cash and assets.
In the process your rights and the law will have been violated time and time again both in court and out of it. And you are totally powerless to do anything about it.
The first thing we will teach you is how to put an end to all of those nasty phone calls once and for all and we are going to do that right here and now.
But first you need to understand why this strategy works so well.
Debt collectors are usually paid a base salary plus a commission on all the debts they can collect. So they have to get as much money collected as possible while spending as little time as possible on each call in order to meet their
quota of collections and make a decent pay check each month. They have to make a lot of calls in order to get the job done and a good check every payday. In order to help them out their companies often use automatic dialers that call
you and ask you to return their call or sometimes ask you to push one of the buttons on your phone to speak to a live representative. So when you get one of those automatically dialed calls you should just hang up. That will help
keep them off your phone and wasting your time which is just as valuable to you as theirs is to them. If you answer the phone and a live person is there who starts in on you about your debt you need to immediately take charge of
the call instead of letting them scream at you. That is vitally important and since they are well trained in what to say you will need to be even more well trained and better equipped to handle the call than they are. Here is how you
can take control of the call and maintain it completely during the call and keep them from scaring you out of your wits or shaming you to death.

1. What is the name of the company you are calling for?
(a)ask them to spell their name. Then ask them to spell the company name. Then ask them where it is located.
Have them spell that for you too. Waste as much of their time as you can. Tell them to talk VERY SLOWLY, because you want to write EVERY WORD down.
2. What is their address.
3. What state are they in?
4. What is the zip code?
5. What is the phone number?
6. What is the name of the creditor?
7. What is their address?
8. What state are they in?
9. What is the zip code?
10. What is their phone number?
11. What is the Account number?
12. What is the amount you claim I owe?
13. What is your name? What is your last name?
14. What is your address?
15. What state are you in?
16. What is your zip code?
17. What is your telephone number?
18. What is your Social Security number?
Naturally when you get down to the personal information they are going to want to refuse to give you that information and will claim that they don't have to give you that information. That is when you tell them that they must give it by law because the law says that they have to give full and complete information about the call they are making and since they have already broken the law by calling you in the first place and you want to know where to send their summons
to court and you want to be sure that you have the right person on the summons.
That will normally get rid of them real quick. If it doesn't then you simply tell them that if they have anything to say to you they need to put it in a letter and send it to you by mail and then hang up on them. If they start screaming at you then you simply scream back at them and don't shut up until they do.
Naturally you will not want to take the time to go through all of that at your workplace but if they do get stupid and call you at work and on your cell phone then you simply get their name and the company name and tell them that you are
at work and they need to put it in writing and send it to them. But you want to put your home and cell phone numbers on your letters and make it easy for them to break the law. You have to have several violations of the law in order to win the case and you have to build a paper trail of the violations so we want to tempt them to break the law as many times as possible. You should print those vital 18 questions out and have them handy by your telephone so that you can refer to them each time they call.
In order to make that easier to do I have placed the 18 questions in a separate webpage so you don't have to cut and paste them into a word processor and then print them out.
You should ask those 18 questions each and every time they call even if you hang up and they call right back again. If you will use this simple strategy each and every time they call it will quicly put an end to their incessant phone
calls. And you have the right to do that under the law because FDCPA says they have to give full and meaningful disclosure of who they are and the purpose of their call every time they ring your phone. Naturally, there is no actual requirement for them to answer all of those questions but most of them would fall under the FDCPA ruling so if they fail or refuse to answer you would want to keep a record of each call and the fact that they violated the law. And if
you stop and think about it that simple trick is worth a lot of money to you yet I just gave it to you for free and the only thing I ask of you in return is that you do not post it on any public message board. If you want to inform
others of what you have found then you have my permisson to post a link to it but not to the board itself. It is my copyrighted material so please don't violate my copyright.
As most folks know, traditional credit repair companies will attempt to repair your credit by sending letters to the credit bureaus attempting to dispute the debt for any number of reasons. They will try to keep you as a customer for
at least 18 months to 2 years or more if they can. They will normally charge a setup fee of as much as $100 or more and then at least $35 a month or more.
You will usually end up spend $800 to $1000 and sometimes more than that. Yet they do nothing to actually help you get out of debt!
Creditwrench is designed to not only teach you how to repair your credit but help you get out of debt as well! No other program to be found anywhere on the internet does that for you at any price! Now isn't that a really great bargain
after all?
