Mistakes by the dozen

The motion for temporary restraining order shown below was filed on June 26th, 2007 as shown on the time stamp. It was supposed to have been delivered at the same time the initial complaint was filed and mailed to the defendant under separate cover. The Plaintiff(s) swore in their report to the court that it was included with the initial complaint which is not permitted under FRCP (26). It finally arrived today, July 12, 2007 and the copy I received was unsigned by anybody which is a Rule 11 violation.
