The second page of the complaint

In this second page (Paragraph #6) two of the plaintiffs attempt to distance themselves and their business from Plaintiff Ana who is the spouse of one of the other two plaintiffs, claiming that she is not associated with the business entity they call CCH Consulting. Therefore she obviously is misjoined to the suit. In order for a plaintiff to be part of a lawsuit in which there are multiple plaintiff's all parties must have a common cause of acton. If she is dismissed from the case and wishes to pursue further action against the defendant she would then have to file her own case.
