It appears from a Pacer search that one of the plaintiffs has filed multiple federal cases. It appears from the Pacer records that he has filed or attempted to file some of his cases in Forma Pauperous meaning that he claimed that he was too poor at the time when he filed. That means he didn't have $150.00 to pay the filing fee back then or at least attempted to claim he didn't have $150.00 Most of his cases were either dismissed by the court who denied his motion to file Forma Pauperous or in some instances he dismissed them voluntarily. At least two of them were filed against Experian. The other two apparently have not been involved in any other federal cases
