Naturally when you get down to the personal information they are
going to want to refuse to give you that information and will claim
that they don't have to give you that information. That is when you
tell them that they must give it by law because the law says that
they have to give full and complete information about the call they
are making and since they have already broken the law by calling
you in the first place and you want to know where to send their
summons to court and you want to be sure that you have the right
person on the summons. That will normally get rid of them real
quick. If it doesn't then you simply tell them that if they have
anything to say to you they need to put it in a letter and send it
to you by mail and then hang up on them. If they start screaming at
you then you simply scream back at them and don't shut up until
they do. Naturally you will not want to take the time to go through
all of that at your workplace but if they do get stupid and call
you at work and on your cell phone then you simply get their name
and the company name and tell them that you are at work and they
need to put it in writing and send it to them. But you want to put
your home and cell phone numbers on your letters and make it easy
for them to break the law. You have to have several violations of
the law in order to win the case and you have to build a paper
trail of the violations so we want to tempt them to break the law
as many times as possible.
Here is another great way to get rid of Debt collectors. Phonetray is a program that monitors your phone line and not only lets you answer calls while online if you are using a dialup connection to the internet but also lets you enter the phone number of the debt collector who is hounding you and zap him every time he calls or play him a short recorded message every time he calls. The message can be music or you can record your own message using a free program called WAVEPAD.
You must have a full featured voice modem with caller I.D. in order for it to work but modems are very cheap these days. If you have problems they offer technical support by email and do a pretty good job of getting any problems resolved. The program costs $15.95 but it is worth way more than that. If a new number comes in that you don't recognize it can help you look the number up and pin point exactly who the caller is.

Please don't delete! I started my "credit tweaking" about 4 months ago. I read and read, and couldn't decide if I should do it by myself or not. Many people were against Bill, and some were for him. For people who are looking for a "personal guide" my results I think speak for themselves. EQ and EX are up over 100 points, and TU about 50 in 4 months. Bill's service is very much like a fishing guides. He has fished in all the lakes and can offer personal advice as to what lure works the best (I'm tickled pink whenever I think of a CA hitting on a lure and me reeling em in). It is in your interest to read everything you can, which includes this board, as well as creditbords.com. You can learn something from each of them, and that is what it is all about it, isn't it? For the 400 bucks, why not get a third site and some very knowledgable advise as to what letters to send, the letters themselves, and what to do next? |

I'm doing the CreditWrench program right now and it's
been working good so far. Bill is a very knowledgable guy and his
profitable approach is very great for people who have time for it.
I am happy and I feel that I might stay with the CW program for
another couple of months after which I'll know enough to deal with
it on my own.
